Donaldson Company, Inc. is pleased to introduce the latest design enhancement to its premium performance lines of filter cartridges. Effective March 15, 2005, filter cartridges for all DFT, DF and large TD collectors that feature Ultra-Web nanofiber technology will now be made with shorter, wider and stiffer 1.5" pleats. Media optimization offers significant performance improvements, including better pulse cleaning and longer filter life. This design innovation is only made possible when combined with Donaldson's exclusive and powerful Ultra-Web nanofiber technology.

The pleat height design change will affect both Ultra-Web and Fibra-Web® filter cartridges in the round and conical configurations. This change will apply to filters with metal end caps, as well as urethane. View detailed information on this design optimization.

Coverage
This media optimization affects Ultra-Web and Fibra-Web first-fit and aftermarket filter cartridges. Collectors affected include DFT, DF, TD, ECB, T-2000, AT-3000 and Ambient Air Tubesheet. The cartridges for the smaller TD units, Easy-Trunk®, etc. are not included in this change.
