The Challenge

Properly maintained hydraulic systems require routine servicing of the filter elements. Most systems incorporate single pressure and return line filters as the primary protective components. To service and change these filter elements the system must be shut down resulting in loss of production and downtime.

The Solution

The Mahle duplex pressure filters allow for continuous operation during element change-out. The filters are equipped with two filter elements and a selector valve to divert the oil flow to the clean element while changing the contaminated element.
